Line Leader

AM2PM Recruitment is looking to recruit a Line Leader for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Leyland area.

In your role, you will oversee the manufacturing activities within your department to meet set targets to the required quality standard.

Responsibilities of Line Leader : Understand and comply with the related SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)

Monitor and supervise the assembly line workers

Completion of paperwork and any administrative tasks related to the production line

Capable of operating and setting up production lines

Producing the required product to the required standards

Ability to work to high standards and specifications

Ability and confidence to ensure any concerns and issues are elevated to a Production Shift Manager

Comply at all times with safety, quality and legality at all times

Maintaining a clean working environment

Experience preferred for Line Leader : Team leader attributes

Strong communication skills

Experience within a high volume manufacturing environment

Must be hardworking, reliable and flexible

Good level of manual dexterity

Good level of attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions

Good literacy, numeracy skills

A reliable, enthusiastic team player. Good communication skills and an open, honest approach

Display a positive work ethic and ‘can-do attitude

Shift Patterns : Working an average of 40hrs per week on a

14:00 - 22:00

Pay Rate : £10 - £11 per hour
