RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To contribute to the efficient operation of administrative support under the direction of the Operations Manager. 2. Oversee and administrate academy MIS behaviour systems including behaviour trackers, producing behaviour data for weekly assemblies and end of term awards. 3. To be the first point of contact for the Academy On Call team and respond to calls and emails from staff who require On Call support 4. Run an effective student reception service each morning and provide students with uniform/notes and contact home where appropriate. 5. Providing administrative support to Assistant Principal responsible for behaviour, including reflection room correspondence, registers, updating pupil's behaviour records, running reports as required   Key Tasks General Administrative Duties • Organise the rota for On Call/Medical/Reflection room in liaison with the Assistant Principal. • Produce behaviour data for weekly assemblies and end of term awards. • Oversee end of term awards including order prizes, trophies, updating programmes etc. • To monitor uniform stock and replenish as required. • To update Free School Meals information on the Academies MIS from the Link2ICT System and ensure updates show at till level. • Be the first point of contact for school meal enquiries from parents/students including providing lunch slips and contacting home. • To annually update the Primary Meal Patterns. • To liaise with the catering manager and order catering equipment as required ensuring stock levels are maintained. • Create orders on Bromcom as required and liaise with relevant department to inform payment has been made. • Oversee the Parents Meeting Day booking system in liaison with the assistant principal including creating groups/staffing/sending communication to parents as required. • Answer teles and pass on messages as required. • Provide main Academy reception cover as required. • Complete general office clerical tasks including sending communication to Parents via the MIS system, scanning, photocopying, distribution of mail, etc. as directed by the Operations Manager. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
