Sales Admin

Our client a leading employer who due to increase work demand require additional administrative support in their sales team.

This role will require you to work every 2nd Saturday morning

  • Sales Order Processing
  • Review & check pricing, technical specification & Incoterms on customer orders
  • Calling new potential customers to help grow the business
  • Schedule customer Orders by raising internal Purchase orders
  • Communicate Sales Order Acknowledgements to Customers
  • Manage & Update the central Build & Despatch schedule and Sales Ledger
  • Maintain Monthly Sales and order backlog
  • File & maintain sales export paperwork & dispatch records
  • Consistently provide a professional level of communication with customers

Experience & Abilities

  • 2 years admin experience
  • The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy in preparing/ checking paperwork is essential
  • Minimum of GCSE Math and English
  • Excellent computer literacy skills -especially proficient in Excel & setting-up pivot tables
  • Excellent communication skills across a range of international cultures & businesses
  • Experience of working to set timeframes
  • Customer focus
  • Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written skills

Salary : £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dungannon, County Tyrone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
