Our client is looking for an experienced Healthcare IT Account Manager who will manage the day-to-day customer engagement, support, and development of a number of existing customer accounts. Working in partnership with fellow colleaguesacross the organisation to provide an excellent customer experience.

Job purpose of the Healthcare IT Account Manager : You’ll promote the businesses expertise and capabilities, respond to customers’ requirements and needs, build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, and assist in the end-to-end sales cycle for prospective customers. You will be responsible forexpanding the market share, you will be responsible for driving solution sales into your existing customers and will develop the relationship into new accounts, with support from fellow colleagues

Responsibilities :

  • Working to support your customers on their technology transformation journey through providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Keeping your customers informed about the latest changes in the market, Frameworks and Healthcare solutions.
  • Developing your knowledge of company services and promoting these solutions to your customers.
  • Building strong relationships with your industry counterparts within our key vendors and understanding their propositions to enable a strategic approach to delivering value to your customers.
  • Maintaining and growing your knowledge of the Healthcare market by engaging with vertical specific partners, attending Healthcare events, staying up to date with the latest Healthcare publications and sharing this information with you customers.
  • To be able to identify sales opportunities that complement the companies core capabilities and work with the Technology Services team to advance them.
  • Methodical and proactive base management, ensuring all renewals are forecast and managed effectively.
  • Create professional, clear, and effective written proposals, responses and quotations.
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and current knowledge of the business product and services portfolio.
  • Build and maintain an accurate sales opportunity forecast.
  • Ensure customer and prospect records are maintained on the CRM system.

What experience you will need :

  • Pro-active mindset, with success in achieving sales or operation targets within a B2B technology sales environment.
  • Experienced at working with the NHS and Healthcare customers.
  • Articulate communicator with great negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a systematic, structured way, plan and manage own time effectively.
  • Evidence of working under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Makes rational commercially sound business judgements from available information.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit drive and determination to succeed in our fast-paced environment, with a track record of operating autonomously and succeeding in the face of change.
