BRITA Vivreau has been successfully growing its position as a premium brand in the water filtration and optimisation market for many years. Part of the BRITA group of companies, we are a family-owned business dedicated to changing the waypeople drink water sustainably.

A part of the Technical Service Team, reporting out of our Uxbridge office, you will be working in the field within the central to East London territories, manage and attend to all fault diagnostic calls to repair equipment on all BRITA customer sites. Ifyou are looking for a change in career, have a background in Plumbing, Electrical installation, Engineering or similar, we would like to talk to you!

Role Responsibility

  • Complete fault diagnosis and repairs on BRITA Vivreau product ranges, ensuring that all Health & Safety and site processes are adhered to.
  • Ensure that steps are taken to prevent faults reoccurring and that jobs are fixed on the first visit whenever possible.
  • Complete PPM filter exchanges on customer sites as directed by the Service Delivery Planners.
  • Manage spare parts, ensuring that stock usage is logged via PDA so that safety stock levels are maintained.
  • All administration, including fleet checks, site surveys and job notes to be completed on time and submitted to the relevant person.

To be successful in this role

  • Clean valid driving licence is essential
  • Ideally have knowldege of Engineering / Electrical installation / Plumbing
  • City & Guilds / NVQ / BTEC or similar qualification would be prefereable but not essential
  • Excellent customer service experience

Salary :£25,000 + per annum depending on experience + van/tools and compnany benefits
