Our client is a Caterer who looks after a staff restaurant within a well-known site in Taunton. As part of a large business, there is plenty of opportunity for future career progression!What’s involved? As a Sous Chef, you will be involved in service within a staff restaurant, catering for breakfast, lunch & dinner. You will lead a large team, serving a range of fresh, healthy meals for a large number of covers each day. Shift patterns typically range between 5am – 7pm on a rota basis. You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends.
