They are looking for someone to head up the technical department on large apartment biased projects, and some housing schemes. You’ll be managing a Technical team on-site. Your main role would be to provide technical and design input at the front-end ofdevelopments, and set up design. Additionally, make sure technical and design aspects of developments are delivered on time and on budget.
It is important to have previous RC frame experience. Although some housing experience would also be a bonus it’s not a necessity. Additionally, this position would suit an individual who has some developer experience, or has worked for a main contractorwho has built on behalf of a developer. Any similar relevant experience would also be heavily considered.
