Full-time English Teacher required for a client school of Teaching Personnel based in Leigh. The school are looking to appoint an English teacher for 6 weeks initially however there will be a view to be taken on beyond this period. -          Full time English teaching position starting in September 2024 for the first 6 weeks of term -          Teaching English to Key Stages 3 & 4 -          Fixed term position paid in line with MPS/UPS dependant on experience -          Opportunity of contract extension dependant on performance Due to a recent appointment within our schools English department falling through, the Head teacher of our partner school is seeking a dedicated English Teacher with a proven track record of achieving high results to join them from September. This post is suitable for both newly qualified and experienced English Teachers who are seeking a progressive role within a school that is going from strength to strength. English is a popular subject at the school and is led by an experienced Head of Department who strives to ensure all teachers are supported appropriately. The school boasts a large English department with teachers who all work collaboratively to deliver a high standard of English teaching for the pupils ensuring that they have the tools to succeed in key exams during the summer. It is located on the outskirts of Leigh town centre making it accessible for those on public transport also. It is easily accessible from both the surrounding areas of Bolton and Wigan respectively via the A579.
