Job Ref: SG-904 Qualified Occupational Health Advisor Location: Barrow in Furness, Cumbria Job Type: Full Time Permanent Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor on a Full Time Permanent basis in Northfleet, Kent. Working in an in-house OH department you will be tasked with delivering health surveillance and management referrals and adviseon all aspects regarding the impact of employee health on work.

  • Fitness for work assessments

  • Implementation of health-related policies and procedures

  • Undertake relevant health surveillance programmes.

  • Liaise closely with the site Physician on programme implementation, Health Surveillance results, Ill Health Retirement cases, and externally reported occupational illness.

  • Participate in health compliance reviews of local programmes / service delivery.

  • Take the lead on advising leadership and developing site approach to inspire a culture of health and wellness. To Apply:

  • The OHA will be a registered nurse and be on Part 3 of the NMC with a specialist OH practitioner status or a Diploma in Occupational Health.

  • At least 3 years experience as an OHA undertaking a full OH remit. **Salary: £40,000 - £46,000
