The Executive Support team in the Faculty of Health is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced part-time administrator to join us. We are responsible for providing a high standard of PA and admin services to the executive team within the Faculty, and want a highly motivated, well-organised person to join us in the post of a part-time Assistant Administrator in the Peninsula Dental School. This part-time role is a job share arrangement, with working days to include Monday, Thursday and Friday each week. You will need to be a team player and engage in collaborative tasks across the wider team, offering support and guidance to colleagues. You can expect support in terms of your personal and professional development, and opportunities to gain experience in a wide range of Faculty projects. You will need to be able to work at any of our sites, but primarily John Bull Building (near Derriford). This is a part-time position working 22.2 hours per week (3 days) and is fixed-term to cover a period of maternity leave which is anticipated to be for approximately 12 months starting early June 2024.
