Nursery Room Leader

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader in Hertford. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a nursery setting and possess strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of nursery staff to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery room- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in your care- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being- Drive continuous improvement in the quality of childcare provided- Oversee daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtime- Maintain accurate records of children's development and activitiesQualifications:- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficiency in English language- A passion for working with children and fostering their growth and developmentPreferred Skills:- Experience managing a nursery room or similar childcare environmentJoin our team as a Nursery Room Leader and make a positive impact on the lives of children in our care
