Position Title : Project Support Administrator

Organization : Project Delivery

Location : Burnley, Lancashire

Reports to: Mobilisation Manager

PURPOSE OF POSITION : Responsible for administration support across the Supply Chain Team, ensuring timely and accurate data is prepared & reported to support the decision-making process during the World Class management of multiple global projects.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

Project Administration :

  • Processing of project demand through supply chain and monitoring supplied deliverables.
  • Assist with the development of project plans.
  • Issue Purchase Orders, manage and monitor SAP demand.
  • Raising and processing work orders.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS : Education Required :

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s (must include English & Mathematics)

Work Experience Required :

  • SAP experience/working within a SAP system
  • Financial budgeting & cost management through SAP
  • Experience within the pipeline industry (desirable)
  • Strong Excel experience

Skills & Knowledge Required :

  • Commercial awareness.
  • Strong administration & IT experience incl. Excel, Word & MS Projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinking and problem solving.
  • Multi-tasking and flexibility.
  • Strong attention to detail.
