£24,000 - 27,000+

Full time Permanent position - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities will be varied depending on seasonal needs of the business.

Duties will include:

• Support the accounts team with all admin tasks and incoming queries.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to build relationships.
• Accounts Receivable : To include accurate and timely processing of invoices out to clients and accompanying evidence, Client Statements, processing payments in and assist with credit control functions.
• Accounts Payable : To include accurate and timely processing of invoices in from contractors and accompanying evidence and processing payments out.
• Assist with HMRC reporting - Contractor Exempt Intermediary Report, VAT Return
• Assist with Purchase Orders and Estimates.
• Recording of company expenses and recharging where applicable to client.
• Assist with Accounting software sync to Invoice Finance portal and funding requests.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations of accounts.
• Assist with quarterly and end of year accounts.
• Work closely with operations department.

Knowledge & experience;

Essential

• Experience using accounting software - Quickbooks
• Processing invoices and producing invoices
• HMRC Requirements
• Bank Reconciliation
• Good IT skills

Qualifications

• Relevant Accounting qualification
• GCSE Maths/English C and above

Salary : £24,826.00-£26,593.00 per year
