Projects will range in size and you will be working closely with the team, you will conduct surveys, feasibility studies, site inspections, quality management, manage tenders and procurement, contract administration and writing up reports. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and will have broad technical knowledge of building surveying party wall, dilapidations. You will have good interpersonal skills as well as being able to communicate effectively as this is a client facing role, thus you will be representing the company.
