Looking to expand the business with exciting projects on the cards, our client pride themselves on encouraging a family friendly environment whilst delivering a bespoke and innovative service to their clientele offering solutions tailored to meet each clients individual needs.In this role you will be based in their Glasgow office working on site with flexible hybrid working available. Projects will range in size and you will be working closely with the team, you will conduct surveys, feasibility studies, site inspections, quality management, manage tenders and procurement, contract administration and writing up reports. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and will have broad technical knowledge of building surveying party wall, dilapidations. You will have good interpersonal skills as well as being able to communicate effectively as this is a client facing role, thus you will be representing the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join a rapidly expanding company with an increasing workload and an abundance of new business on the horizon.The Role:-Chartered Building Surveyor/ Associate -Conducting building surveys -Undertaking feasibility studies -Site inspections and attending site meetings -Writing up and finalising ReportsRequirements:-Minimum 5-7 years building surveying experience, either residential or commercial -Good IT skills - proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. -MRICS qualified -Strong report writing skills
