We are recruiting two full time Field Care Supervisors

As a Field Care Supervisor you will be the first point of contact for staff so it is essential you lead by example. Your duties will include

  • inducting new employees and supporting them with ongoing training
  • completing observations to monitor the performance of care workers
  • conducting new customer assessments
  • creating and updating detailed person centred care plans
  • working with customers, their families and health professionals to ensure the care delivered meet the ever changing needs of the customer
  • taking part in the emergency on-call rota
  • working closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the company
