Salary : £25,000 to £30,000 PA The Cotswold Marketing Agency is a fun-loving boutique marketing agency hiring its next full-time marketing superstar. Based from their headquarters in Witney, Oxfordshire.

As part of this small but brilliant Marketing Agency, you will be working across multiple accounts and ‘getting stuck in' to a wide range of marketing activities, that include: Social media content creation and channel management Copywriting (blogs, websites, articles, they’ve even written marriage vows for a client!) Website updates and maintenance (nothing too technical!) Event management

Their clients come from a wide range of sectors, including :

  • Property Investment
  • Education
  • Charity
  • Financial and other professional services

Despite the wide range of backgrounds their clients all have a few things in common, they are small enough not to have an in-house marketing team, they ‘get’ the importance of marketing, and they are ambitious for growth. We are looking for someone who is keento help them achieve their client’s goals!

Working with both established and start-up businesses, every client brings their own unique set of challenges and opportunities ensuring every day is different. They’re clients are generally small but successful UK-based companies who rely on The CotswoldMarketing Agency to develop their marketing strategy, create engaging and creative campaigns and execute effective marketing plans that deliver efficient ways to generate new business.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is keen to learn, and who may already have marketing experience, but is looking for a career move.

Main job functions : The main purpose of this role is to help design, develop and execute client marketing plans using the full marketing mix. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will also be a key part of your role.

Other areas of responsibility may include :

  • Spotting growth opportunities for clients/ways to optimise campaigns
  • Measuring and reporting on all activities to both the client and team
  • Exploring new ways to improve results/keeping up to date with the Marketing industry
  • Creating compelling content for various social media channels
  • Look to improve the efficiency of systems and marketing processes across the business

This role offers exposure to best practices and responsibilities that you would not receive in larger companies.

There is a real focus on learning and development within this role and great opportunities to learn from experienced marketers.

This role does require flexibility from someone keen to be accountable and to ensure our client's experience is positive, we pride ourselves on our client relationships.

We are offering 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays, on a hybrid basis, based three days a week from our Witney headquarters, and a couple of days working from home. We are committed to work life balance and are open to part time and flexible working arrangements.

Experience/skills required :

  • You will have a minimum of around 1 - 3 years’ experience with a good understanding of marketing
  • You will have experience in managing and communicating with clients
  • You will have strong attention to detail and be very organised
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are driven by producing results
  • You are familiar with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • You have a get-up-and-go attitude and bring an enthusiastic approach
  • You are able to work on your own and in a team
  • You can effectively manage (juggle!) multiple projects
  • You are willing to learn and develop new skills in order to stay cutting edge
  • You are happy to muck in where needed
  • A good sense of humour!
