Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager on behalf of our well-established client. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, hard-working, and results-focused individual who can provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery ofExceptional Customer Service by a "World Class" Customer Service team.

You will act as a as primary point of contact for UK Customer Services departments both internally and externally. Facilitate the delivery of goods or services to customers, train, develop and mentor the team, mitigate customer issues and oversee resolutionof customer concerns as well as proactively identify opportunities to automate or streamline processes.

Other Key Tasks are as follows:

  • Analyse KPI data, use excel for reporting
  • Monitor budgets
  • Manage holiday requests
  • Monitor customer satisfaction surveys
  • Approve expenses and invoices, help clarify pricing and cost issues
  • Plan and develop initiatives
  • Keep the team updated with new products and services
