We are looking for Front of House Team Members to join us in Martin's Bar & Restaurant at Highlands End Holiday Park, situated on the stunning Jurassic Coast overlooking West Bay.
We have hours available to suit almost all applicants, but we do ask for weekend availability and have immediate starts available.
Not only do we run our day to day menu, with hearty, homemade dishes, we also have our famous “Roast on the Coast” Sunday Carvery and cater for functions & special one-off menus.
If you enjoy working within a team environment or even flying solo, are calm under pressure, offer great customer service and can shake a cocktail or two, we want to talk to you. We need team players to join, hands on within our existing Venue Team unit, working as one, in our Bar & Restaurant.
Hate working Christmas and New Year? So do weso, we don’t. We close from the day before Christmas Eve and don't reopen until January, so our Venue Team has time to relax and enjoy the festivities without having to worry about getting up and catering for 200 customers on Boxing Day or New Year's Day, with hangovers, whilst the family gets to rest. Elements of all roles include:
- Serving behind the bar
- Waiting tables
- Using our EPOS system
- Stock management
- Taking reservations
- Work service within a fast-paced and pressured environment and always maintain standards

As a guide, food and drinks are served every day from 9am - 9pm and our full time team members work 45 hours per week over 5 days.
