All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to £13.50 per hour! This is working Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am, Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm and Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service. On top of your salary you can earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility). About the Role Your responsibilities will include general cleaning duties of the kitchen, including washing equipment, crockery and cutlery whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness at all times. During quiet times, you will get involved in other cleaning duties and assist the chefs with basic food prep. Shift patterns vary from early starts to late finishes 5 days out of 7. Key responsibilities include:

• Working as part of the team and being flexible to the needs of the business
• Maintain kitchen hygiene standard at all times
• Following all health & safety / COSHH protocol
• Taking direction from the chefs to do cleaning and basic food preparation jobs
• Ensuring opening & closing checklists are complete to ensure the kitchen is always ready for the next shift
• Do all the above whilst following the core values of Rudding Park.
