Main duties of the job Duties will include:Acting as a role model promoting excellent patient care, supporting more junior staff and students.Deputise for the ward manager in their absence.Ensure the smooth running of the unit.Supporting Junior Staff & supporting the ward manager.Supporting students.Coordinating the ward on a regular basis therefore needs to be flexible and able to work all available shift patterns Patient care pre- and post-operatively.
