Administration Assistant

Monday to Friday 10am-2pm (20 hours per week)

  • (we would consider full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 35 hours per week)_

An opportunity has arisen for an administration assistant - to help us within our busy Blockley office. Your role will be to help with day-to-day administration, processing deliveries and supporting with stock management. You will need to be able to build and maintain strong professional relationships with our colleagues who work across our three sites in the UK.

Working with our administration team on site, surprise and delight our customers.

Your key responsibilities will be :

  • Handling incoming telephone calls.
  • Reception duties including dealing with visitors.
  • Distributing and collecting all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintaining stationery stock levels.
  • Preparation of literature and marketing materials to be sent to customers.
  • Internal administration duties as and when required by other members of staff, including photocopying and filing.
  • Taking minutes at meetings.
  • Organising and processing customer returns.
  • Use of SAP Business One for: Production of Delivery Notes as instructed by the Sales Department including updating associated databases and records.

Assistance with stock adjustments and stock takes.

Processing repair data and stock transfers.

Receipting goods received for payment.

  • Dealing with carriers.
  • Delivery and collection of our products, when required.
  • Any other duties arising within the general office as may be expected in a small, dynamic environment.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience in a Reception, administration, or Sales administration role.
  • Experience of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Previous experience of computerised accounting packages.
  • Able to prioritise and organise your workload.
  • Positive “can do” attitude.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
