Site Manager - New Build Apartments

TSR are recruiting for a Site Manager for our client, a social housing developer who build around Cheshire and Lancashire. This is for a new project in Stalybridge for the construction of 24 apartments. As Site Manager you will: - Take the lead on construction projects, managing all aspects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing the work of subcontractors and other members of the construction team. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards through effective planning and coordination of all project activities. - Act as a role model for safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and building codes. - Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. - Monitor project progress and take corrective action as necessary to ensure completion on time, within budget and according to project specifications. - Maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures. You must have the following experience/qualifications: - Proven experience as a Site Manager on large scale construction projects - Strong knowledge of construction techniques and regulations - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - CSCS Card and SMSTS certification
