The school is seeking a hardworking and patient Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Reception Class this term. Your new roleIn this role as a Early Years Teaching Assistant you will be working closely with small groups of children who need extra support and have speech and language needs. Daily you will be carrying out targeted interventions and supporting with adapted lesson plans which have been carefully tailored to his needs. You will need to ensure that the pupils needs are met and provide them with the necessary tools toplete day to day tasks.
