If you like what you hear, then we’d love you to apply!You will be accountable for:Implementation and maintenance of application monitoring primarily utilising CloudWatch and SentryTriage, manage, and resolve queued application support cases and other incidents via ticket-based helpdeskEnsuring all documentation relating to Application processes and functionality is in place and updated alongside technical developmentMaintaining an uptime on all system endpoints to a region of 99.9%Accurately prioritise and categorise requests or incidents alongside the priority levels set by the business.Escalation of unresolved issues to the relevant SMEProactively monitor inbound and outbound data to prevent and reduce incidents.Cross-skilling with other members of the Technology team assist in other areas of the platform lifecycleProviding both frequent and ad-hoc reporting to business members as required utilising MySQL and business intelligence toolingTo be successful in this role you will require the following…3+ years' experience in ITGeneral education of GCSE level A-C is requiredExperience in front line technical supportHands on experience with Cloud based infrastructure (AWS)Experience with monitoring tooling such as CloudWatch, Sentry, and App DynamicsHighly competent reading and writing SQL based queries, specifically MySQLKnowledge and hands on experience with at least 1 scripting programming languageSystem Analysis skills are a mustTechnically knowledgeable in software development conceptsUnderstanding of technology stack Front-end/Back-end/Cloud Proficiency in using Slack and TrelloPrevious experience within International Logistics would be advantageousWhy Work Here?
