Admin/sales Co-ordinator

You will be :

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating our lead generation system
  • Following up and providing detailed updates on all tender and live projects
  • Following up and providing detailed updates on our current and prospective customers
  • Responding to customer enquiries and providing quotations in a timely manner
  • Securing new customers and orders
  • Trading within the market and reprice work where we’re uncompetitive
  • Gaining market intelligence and adding to our existing database
  • Seeking and establishing market knowledge, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with the commercial policy
  • Providing solutions for customers using internal and external sources
  • Completing all sales admin tasks designated by the line manager
  • Sharing joint responsibility in ensuring AC Group is renowned as The most customerfocused building materials supplier in the UK

Schedule :

  • This position is Monday to Friday.
  • Shift times are 7:15am to 16:15pm & 8:00am to 17:00pm.

To be applicable, you must :

  • Know how to use basic Office programmes
  • Be approachable and friendly towards customers and colleagues
  • Have the ability to build a rapport
  • Have time management/prioritisation skills
  • Be punctual and motivated
  • Have a good attitude toward work
  • Training is provided, allowing you to feel confident with what is expected

Wage : The salary for this position is between £24K to £27K based on experience.

A bonus scheme is also made available that is attainable/reachable.
