Butler Landscapes are a successful, multi award winning, family run garden design and construction business based in Market Drayton, working for clients in Shropshire and surrounding areas.
We are a leading specialist in all aspects of high-end bespoke garden design, garden rooms, oak structures, landscape construction and garden maintenance.
Due to increasing orders for new projects, we need to expand our team and are seeking a full time skilled hard landscaper for an immediate start.
About the job : You will be assisting the team to deliver high-end garden re-design, installation, build and maintenance projects from start to finish.
You will be working to landscape design plans and duties will include:
- Groundworks & ground preparation - rendering, bricklaying, excavating foundations and drainage.
- Install of Sleepers, paving, decking, pergolas, garden rooms and outside seating areas.
- Constructing larger installations and water features.
- Installation of Fencing, turfing, artificial grass, planting, bed preparation.
About you :
- Be able to demonstrate experience in hard landscaping and construction skills.
- A can-do attitude, hardworking and self-motivated.
- A focus on detail, excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Willingness to work in all weathers with a good level of fitness.
- Safety conscious for yourself and the team.
Additional Experience (beneficial) :
- An understanding of RAMS.
- Machine tickets CPCS or equivalent, dumpers, diggers etc.
- Able to read drawings and set out site levels.
