The National Gallery has an exciting opportunity for an Audience Researcher to join The Data & Insight team, within Digital Services.The Audience Researcher’s purpose is to generate audience insights that shape Gallery activity, and to report on audience KPIs. To deliver on these goals, the role oversees a varied portfolio of research.In this role, you will work alongside external agencies that track visitor trends and behaviour, benchmarking against our cultural peers.
