We are now looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Lead to support our services across Great Yarmouth and Waveney Care Group.
The post holder will be expected to provide proactive and inspirational leadership to drive strategic development and transformation, as well as operational oversight and improvement of services across the care group. This will include community-based team, inpatients as well as liaison with partner providers and the ICB.
The post holder will be expected to facilitate continuous improvement of the delegated areas of responsibility and provide an increased focus on the delivery of streamlined, efficient services which are managed and benchmarked both nationally and internationally. The postholder will be responsible for leading high performing clinical units and maintaining the integrity of these teams in line with the Trust’s organisational structure, leading the teams towards excellence for the population we serve.
