What you’ll do : As Project Manager you will act as a client point of contact, working with lead scientists, senior management, and clients on various contracted projects. This will include:
- Working with lead scientists and clients to define projects scope, resource requirements, goals and deliverables.
- Developing and implementing effective and efficient tools for tracking projects, including tasks, activities and milestones.
- Attending, leading and providing input to teleconferences and face-to-face client meetings.
- Leading project meetings and workshops and ensuring that clear and concise agendas are set and followed, with actions recorded and followed up.
- Capturing, tracking and monitoring milestones from project plans, communicating movements of these milestones to relevant audiences.
- Preparing regular client reports.
- Effectively managing expectations of clients and operational leaders as required.
- Work flexibly across the site to meet business needs.
