You will be ambitious to grow and achieve. We are looking for someone who can work as part of the team but also someone who has imagination and initiative. Someone who takes ownership and responsibility for the task at hand.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will deal directly with customers, scheduling service work to their vehicles and informing them of any additional repairs required. You will handle administrative and customer relations aspects of the service departments operations. You will demonstrate professionalism, persistence and excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face.

You’ll play a key role in engaging with our customers. Customer Service is the primary focus of your role and you’ll be supported fully in your development within this role.

Your duties include :

  • Greeting customers,handling enquiries and scheduling work
  • Answering the telephone
  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with the Service Manager and Workshop controller
  • Liaising with customers and gaining authorisation for any additional work required
  • Keeping customers fully informed and arranging vehicle collections and deliveries
  • Collecting and delivering customer vehicles as required
  • Handling customer concerns
  • Responding to customer requests
  • Preparing estimates for the customer
  • Preparing invoices for the customer
  • Operating a customer follow-up system and recording results
  • Ensuring Reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Taking payment and recording method
  • Opening, reading and distributing incoming mail
  • Setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for records purposes

You are Responsible for : Ensuring customers are kept fully informed throughout the process Answering the Telephone in a timely manner *

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Operating a customer follow-up system and recording results
  • Ensuring payment methods are recorded accurately
  • Ensuring Work space and customer waiting area is clean and tidy

Salary : £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
