Regional Account Manager - North-East England (Medical/Pharmaceutical) Elevation Recruitment are looking to recruit a Regional Account Manager to cover the North-East of England. This is a great opportunity to join a medical products organisation that sell into the NHS. You will have a range of customers across the region andwill be responsible for sales, account management, joint business planning, customer trade marketing and price negotiation. Key Responsibilities will include: - Achieve & exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and profitability of the business - A strategic approach, using Key Account Management principles, to all aspects of customer accounts from start to end of the sales cycle - Development and delivery of solid business plans, including sales pipeline, key deliverables and timelines - Drive year on year sales growth from existing and new accounts, e.g., increasing use of established products, gaining formulary inclusion and introduction of new product listings - Preparation of customer product/pricing proposals - Identify ways to mitigate risks of lost business by recommending and implementing action plans - Attend relevant conferences and trade exhibitions as required Skills and Experience: - Excellent knowledge of the NHS hospital procurement processes - Previous measurable consultative sales experience within hospitals - Experience in delivering client focused solutions - Natural ability to establish strong business relationships at hospital, health board and procurement level - Full clean driving license.
