Your Role and What You'll Be DoingWorking across our national Client Services team to support the Lifetime Estate Planning team, you’ll be a key member of the team acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties involved in legal matters. You’ll work closely with our LEP fee-earners to support them with any administrative, secretarial and non-billable tasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service.You will be: Communicating with our clients and third parties on behalf of partners and other fee-earners in the Private Client teamsUndertaking some legal tasks such as court formsSupporting in the preparation of court bundlesManaging fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements, preparing agendas and minute takingCoordinating the billing process to be as efficient and effective as possibleOpening and closing files, and dealing with all matter maintenanceAbout YouLegal assistant/secretarial experience working with experienced fee-earners would be desirable, however we would be open to candidates who have experience of administration/secretarial experience in a professional environmentA good understanding and knowledge of relevant case management systemsBrilliant client care skills and good verbal and written communication skillsExcellent accuracy and attention to detail We’re proud of our values, and we’re looking for people who share them: To be pioneering with an imaginative outlookTo be approachable and caringTo be tenacious in the pursuit of our objectivesTo be efficient in the provision of our servicesTo work with a foundation of integrity.
