This role includes Sample Management and/or Archives responsibilities in compliance with appropriate SOP’s and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations (as appropriate) in support of various Business Unit Operations. You will ensure that services to both internal and external customers are provided in a timely manner or as agreed in Service Level Agreements by this team. Our varied work supports the crop protection, chemical and pharmaceutical industries so if you want to be part of a dynamic and growing team then please apply today. The main responsibilities will include:Day to day management of a team of 6 people, duties including coordination and progress to ensure achievement of timelines and goals are metProvide expertise on all the processes of the department and support the team on the floor to ensure work is balanced and the team are properly trainedCo-ordination and supervision of the department to ensure the successful implementation of strategic solutions and processes are in order to deliver outstanding customer satisfactionPlanning and forecasting workload resources and maximising production efficiency.
