Inside Sales Account Manager

What you’ll be doing Accurate forecasting on profit and revenue, creating strategy plans with customers. You will also proactively manage churn risk across your base to defend your revenue. In charge of closing own contract sales right across the BT Business portfolio. Support winning new business and bid process for high level opportunities. Research data, analytics and commercial insights to drive sales and continual improvement. In doing this you will drive your own results for consistent business development activities.  Accountable for assuring compliance with sales processes and our legal competition requirements, adhering to government polices regarding sales pay plan and sales incentives. Ability to deal with challenging customer situations, owning problems and delivering resolutions. Strong interpersonal skills working with both internal and external teams. A positive, can-do attitude.
