We are currently recruiting for Guest Services Supervisor for a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm in Cambridge.In this role, you will oversee two primary areas of responsibility:Community Engagement & Event Coordination:Collaborate with the Community Hub Director & Building Manager to plan and execute events and activities that foster a strong community connection within the building.Promote relevant external events and initiatives to enhance residents' experiences.Develop relationships with local businesses to provide exclusive offers and services to residents.Act as the primary point of contact for event planning and execution.Team Leadership & Welcome Experience:Lead and supervise the welcome team to ensure exceptional service delivery.Manage day-to-day operations of the welcome team, including training and scheduling.Provide a warm and efficient welcome experience for residents and guests.Handle resident inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience in hospitality or events management preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Ability to deliver exceptional guest services and handle challenging situations.Fluent in English with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for hospitality and community engagement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
