Depot Maintenance Assistant Salary £25, Location Didcot ADC Shift Pattern Hours per day This is a , vacancy that will close in a month at 23:59 BST. The Vacancy JOB PURPOSE:To assist in carrying out major/minor planned and reactive maintenance works at DistributionCentres to pre-determined standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the laid-down Company Health and Safety policyKEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the Distribution Maintenance Technician (DMT) with any major or minor maintenance work.Complete the PPM and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures.Responding promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary.Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.Although aligned to one site for the purpose of PPM completion there may be times that the DMA will be required to attend other depots within the cluster to carry out work.Attend training courses as and when necessary by the company.Complying with the company Health and Safety Policy at all times.Work with company and ASDA colleagues to ensure laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times.Complying with any other reasonable request or instruction from the DMT, SMT or CFM.Assisting City teams when requested.Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with City and ASDA colleagues.Carry out all tasks in accordance with specific KPI’s.Ensure that all costs are approved following the correct process.Maintain accurate Time Sheets as PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Quality of repairs and maintenanceSpeed and efficiency of workResponse to service call requests within agreed response timesAchievement of PPM schedule within agreed timescalesMaintenance of Health and Safety policyASDA and City colleague relationships and feedback The Company In 1985, husband and wife Willie and Susan Haughey established City Refrigeration Holdings.
