As a Vehicle Progressor, you’ll manage the cosmetic reconditioning of all vehicles delivered to your site, completing the final quality check and photography, ready for our customers.

What does the role of Vehicle Progressor involve?

  • Ensure that all vehicles arriving on site for sale are processed as per the Stratstone operating standard, managing vehicle status within our Pinnacle database
  • Work with the Service department identify, process and complete all stock requiring preparation, ensuring maximum efficiency of mechanical and cosmetic preparation through the workshop
  • Liaise with the Sales department, Smart teams and third party suppliers to coordinate any required bodyshop repairs in line with agreed standards
  • Work with the valet team to ensure all vehicles are valeted to the highest standards
  • Quality check all used vehicles ready for sale, ensuring they are in line with the Evans Halshaw preparation standards, and complete all photography and video requirements

What qualities do I need to succeed in the Vehicle Progressor role?

  • A passion for delivering exceptionally high standards
  • Experience within an automotive or retail merchandising environment, with knowledge of managing products through quality standards through a supply chain
  • IT, written and verbal skills
  • Ease with working under pressure to tight deadlines, with excellent organisational qualities and a great eye for detail
  • A full UK driving licence
