Job descriptionArcher Resourcing have an exciting new Child Protection Social Worker position available in Bradford.If you are a Qualified Social Worker with a background of working with Children & Families, then this role could be for you. The team in Bradford are looking for an empathetic individual who is dedicated to caring for children, allowing them to live safe and fulfilling lives.The role includes, but isn’t limited to:Safeguarding children who are at significant risk of harm, including assessing and managing risksTaking professional responsibility for decision makingProvide an effective Social Work service including assessment, case planning and reviewsRequirements:Have obtained a degree in Social Work/ Diploma in Social Work/ CQSW and not newly qualified approved by SWEHave knowledge and experience of statutory frameworks; policy and procedure; and best practiceHave proficient IT skillsHave a high level of determination, organisations skills, personal drive, energy, and ambition to achieve challenging targets and improve outcomesDemonstrate sound assessment and case management skillsBe able to work in a busy environment and to tight time scalesEnhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months - on the update service?
