As a leading manufacturing company, they specialise in delivering high-quality precision components for the automotive and aerospace industry. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing company.Responsibilities:- Set up and operate a range of 3,4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce accurate and precise components according to engineering drawings and specifications.- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machines to ensure optimal performance.- Perform quality checks and inspections to verify the conformance of finished products to design requirements.- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including machine settings, tooling changes, and production logs.Requirements:- Previous experience as a CNC machinist or similar role.- Mazatrol, Heidenhain experience (desirable)- Experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines.- Strong understanding of machining processes- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
