  • THE BUSINESS

    We are delighted to be working with our client based West Newcastle seeking an internal account manager paying up too £35,000 based on experience. With ambitious growth plans, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts ensuring that the relationship is nurtured and where possible, the account is grown. As Internal Account Manager, you will join a small, collaborative and supportive team on a permanent basis.

    THE ROLE

  • This role will be pivotal in managing key accounts whilst support to the Sales Manager in all sales activity.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives.
  • Develop tailored strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits while maintaining the organisation's high standards.
  • THE PERSON

  • A strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adept at managing multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • An understanding of Engineering parts would be advantageous but not essential
