Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Champion with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our team. As a pivotal member of our Key Stage 1 team you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage young learners through dynamic and innovative teaching practices. Responsibilities: Plan prepare and deliver highquality lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning in Key Stage 1 students. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected. Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their development and achievement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a rich and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all learners. Establish positive relationships with students parents and colleagues to promote a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. Experience teaching Key Stage 1 students is preferred but not essential. Sound knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate young learners. A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
