Purpose-Driven Impact: As our Desk Based Regional Sales and Account Executive you will be responsible for providing account managed customers with a regular point of contact and proactive contact of the managed account key contacts, progress group opportunities through to completion, liaise with colleagues across the business using the CRM system and Focal Point to manage opportunities. Update the CRM system regarding the account activities and relationship status. Grow revenue and EBITDA for managed accounts.Growth and Development: Join an ambitious team that values your growth. Include emails, LinkedIn contact and Calls.Support in Marketing projects for managed accounts, new and existing accounts.Answer incoming calls in a prompt, professional and polite manner, assessing any opportunities presented and ensuring the required work is distributed and recorded on the company CRM software.Supporting any opportunities outside of account portfolio and arranging fopr the field based team to visit and upsell or cross sell where applicable.Timely and accurate production of quotations and estimates.Complaints resolution for account managed customersProvide a single point of contact for account customers where required (not including emergency works)Ensure contracted services are provided in compliance with contract requirements`Source completed job information from responding service contracts and subcontractor.Update group CRM database with relevant information to facilitate accurate monthly reporting.Provide account-based reporting both internally and externally for managed account customers.Attend staff meetings and training as required.If necessary, arrange meetings (including via teams) with clients to build relationships. Qualifications and Skills:Excellent IT skills using all Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Word.Sales skills.Commercially aware.Experience of aftersales and upselling products and/or services.Ability to navigate databases including bespoke software.Professional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to clearly communicate information in a written formatAbility to use initiative essential proactive approachA background in a service led response/Environmental industry.Clean UK driving licence.Right to work in the UK.Why Choose Adler and Allan: By becoming a part of the Adler and Allan Group, you’ll embark on a rewarding journey where we truly value your ideas and contributions.
