Salesforce Platform Lead (Urgent Search)

Salesforce Platform Lead This dynamic, global healthcare organisation is in the process of implementing Salesforce and requires a strong Salesforce Platform Lead to come in and lead a team of Developers, Administrators and Analysts to design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions that align with the business needs.
You will be collaborating with various Stakeholders across the business to drive innovation and change, enhance user experience and measurable results.
To be considered, you will have/be: Extensive experience managing a Salesforce Development team Experience with integration platforms and developing a system in line with validation regulations Ability to build strong relationships and understand the business needs Hands-on experience is beneficial with an understanding of integrations Experience implementing Salesforce in large organisation is beneficial Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be visible in the business, therefore travel to Runcorn will be required so you will need to be within a reasonable distance with the ability to get into the office depending on business requirements.
In terms of package on offer, you can expect a salary of between £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, as well as a fantastic benefits package including a generous car allowance and annual bonus.
