Who are we looking for?

Sales Negotiator Responsibilities

  • Gather information about a property and arrange for pictures to be taken.
  • Meet with clients and assess their needs.
  • Show clients around a new home.
  • Market and advertise the property.
  • Reach sales targets for the company.
  • Liaise with all interested parties (solicitors, mortgage brokers etc).
  • Build a client base in your particular area.
  • Keep your administrative records updated.

Requirements :

  • Must hold a Full Manual driving licence and have your own car
  • Hard working ethos with a desire to be the best
  • Experienced salesperson with an eye for detail
  • Professional with excellent communication skills
  • Immaculate presentation
  • An appetite to earn money and be successful
