Who are we looking for?
Sales Negotiator Responsibilities
- Gather information about a property and arrange for pictures to be taken.
- Meet with clients and assess their needs.
- Show clients around a new home.
- Market and advertise the property.
- Reach sales targets for the company.
- Liaise with all interested parties (solicitors, mortgage brokers etc).
- Build a client base in your particular area.
- Keep your administrative records updated.
Requirements :
- Must hold a Full Manual driving licence and have your own car
- Hard working ethos with a desire to be the best
- Experienced salesperson with an eye for detail
- Professional with excellent communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
- An appetite to earn money and be successful
