Location: Manchester, Cornbrook Pay: £25,000-£29,000 (or hourly rate equivalent) This is a short-term opportunity to assist the sales ledger team with a backlog of transactions. There is scope for this role to turn permanent. The company operate within the fashion business and already have some major clients they supply into and also have their own ecommerce platform to sell into the B2C market. Due to high demand for products and sales forecasts doubling in recent time, they requiresomeone to assist with the volume. Responsibilities include :
- Processing returns and credit notes for B2B and B2C customers
- Some credit control, although this will be a small part of the role
- Cash allocation
- Using Netsuite to process all transactions
- Data cleansing in Netsuite
- Preparing some reports and assisting with cash flow
- Other sales related ad hoc duties
Experience/skills required :
- A get up and go attitude with the ability to tackle a backlog as well as being involved with their busiest period of the year over Black Friday and Christmas
- Sales ledger/credit control experience
- Experience of using Oracle Netsuite is preferred
- Excel and Word literate
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a close knit team
- Great attention to detail and able to multi-task
