Job description The Company: Sephra is the world's leading Fun Food Dessert Equipment and Ingredients brand. Offering a wide range of high-quality products for the production, preparation and serving of Chocolate Fountains, Chocolate Tempering, Chocolate Melting, Chocolate, Sauces, Bakery Mixes, Donut, Waffle, Crepe, Popcorn, Candy Floss, Ice Cream & Packaging.

Supplying both directly and through an expanding network of Authorised Distributors to Food Service and domestic customers in over 80 countries around the world from our distribution centres in Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland and Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, USA.

The Role:

  • Responding to inbound telephone, online webchat and telephone sales & customer service enquiries from our USA clients.
  • Processing of day to day sales orders on Netsuite ERP/ CRM system (training will be provided), Magento website and Amazon.
  • Respond to customer service issues with a high level of diplomacy, maintaining correspondence records using our ERP / CRM System.
  • Liaising with our third-party logistics provider in Pennsylvania and carriers such as FedEx.
  • Basic fault finding and diagnosis of catering equipment and administration of return process with the repair centre (full training provided).

Key Skills Required:

  • Previous sales, sales administration and customer services experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
