Apply today for our Sales Advisor position in St Albans (AL1 5HT) and join an award-winning company that goes the extra mile. This is an interesting and varied role assisting customers on the trade counter, placing sales orders, dealing with customer queries over the phone and via email and supporting in the warehouse as required.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7:30am-5pm, plus some Saturday mornings 8am-12pm on a rota paid at overtime.

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team – no previous industry knowledge is needed as full training will be provided.

Customer-focused mindset and ability to communicate effectively

Strong communication skills

Customer Service or sales experience essential
