SALARY: Up to £25,000

THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading manufacturer, who are looking to recruit an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to join a successful business, who have been well established in their industry for almost 50 years.

A knowledge of contracts, order processing and stock allocation is beneficial, however training will be given.

A good working knowledge of Excel is also desirable.

DAILY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Processing orders and accurately allocating stock.
  • Responding to client queries in a timely manner.
  • Releasing orders to the warehouse to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Uploading customer forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers for materials.
  • Monitoring incoming stock.
  • Recording all customer activity on the CRM.
