Graduate Teaching Assistants: Collaborate with experienced educators to support classroom activities and enhance the learning experience for students. Provide individualized assistance to students, helping them overcome academic challenges and achieve their full potential. Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, incorporating innovative teaching methods to engage students effectively. Contribute to the school's inclusive and supportive culture, fostering a nurturing environment where every student can thrive. 2. SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSA): Work closely with students with special educational needs (SEN), providing tailored support to facilitate their learning and development. Assist SENCO and teaching staff in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and ensuring that students receive appropriate accommodations and resources. Supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social and emotional wellbeing of students with SEN. Collaborate with external agencies, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to supporting students with SEN. Requirements : A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in students' lives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers. Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students and the school community. For Graduate Teaching Assistants: A degree in a relevant subject area and/or previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential. For SEN LSAs: Experience working with students with special educational needs and knowledge of relevant strategies and interventions would be advantageous.
