A fantastic role has just become available working for an exceptional Tunbridge Wells based company as a Customer Service Advisor/Scheduler. Working within the training department, the successful applicant will have the specific responsibility for providing excellent online and administrative support to the training operations team. For this role, you will need to have great attention for detail, excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and a natural ability to adapt, organise and prioritise your workload, as you become an integral part of this busy, hardworking team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management

  • Operational support

  • Answer inbound telephone calls

  • To moderate the Virtual Learning Environment by providing online technical support to learners and tutors

  • To respond enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in respect of training administration and technical support
